Q:  I would like to order something and although I can see the picture of the item, there are no prices?

A:  In order to serve you better we are currently adding new items daily to our website.  We strive to list all items in a timely manner. During this revamping, the photographs have been placed for you to see the product but the prices just haven't been listed yet.  The item is available for ordering and of course, we are happy to assist you in placing your order. To get the current price of your selected items, please email us at customerservice@crayoncastles.com .   A customer service representative will be happy to give you pricing on your selected items and happy to assist you with your order.  We appreciate your patience with us during our construction.

 

Q:  When placing my order, I am receiving the following error:

HTTP Error 403 - Forbidden Internet Explorer

A:  403 Forbidden errors are caused by an Internet Security Software high security settings such as "Anonymous Browsing." 

This setting often comes enabled by default in firewalls and internet security software bundles such as ZoneLabs ZoneAlarm, Norton Internet Security/Firewall or Windows Firewall, and needs to be disabled in order for the Shopping Cart to work.

It's usually pretty easy to find, but if you have trouble, just click to your software package 'Help' section and search for 'Anonymous Browsing' and you should be able to pull up instructions on how to enable/disable this setting.

Q:  I like the chandeliers but need them in another color, can they be custom made?

A:  Yes, almost every chandelier can be custom matched in color to anything you might have such as a swatch of fabric, paint sample, etc.

 

Q:  Do your rugs or artwork come in different sizes other than what is listed?

A:  In most cases, our rugs and artwork comes in a variety of sizes that we may not have listed yet, if you are interested in a particular piece, please email us at customerservice@crayoncastles.com and we will check the availability of sizes on your particular item.
